Must have some (but not all) exposure to carpentry, plumbing , Tilesetter, electrical, painting, Sheetrock, HVAC, etc. Metal framing and ceiling tile experience is desired. We are looking to hire skill property maintenance specialists with strong abilities to troubleshoot issues on routine residential repairs. Skill requirements: plumbing (unclogging, repairing and/or replacing toilet, sink, tubs, garbage disposals); perform minor electrical (i.e. replace light switch, receptacles, ceiling fans, light fixtures, etc.); Sheetrock repair/replacement and have good painting. Also, familiar with appliance repairs (stove, refrigerator and microwave). Must have your own transportation, work independently, references and pass background. One of our strong talent is correcting erroneous installations by other inexperienced Contractors. When we encounter these situations, the client is often very frustrated... Therefore, as a home service provider, we must exude a lot of PATIENCE. The McDonough project, is a prime example. Before making any repairs we performed an assessment of the other contractor’s work. We discovered major plumbing issues that was causing leaks and could have potentially given this client long term plumbing issues (i.e., vanity sink and shower drains not properly installed). We performed this service during the Christmas season and had a few setbacks, but nevertheless here’s the video of final results excluding the shower doors (we had an accident with door installation, but currently getting new doors to complete the shower enclosure tasks).
