👏 Congratulations to Lorenzo Maddox on his promotion to Assistant Milling Foreman!

Lorenzo joined ERS in 2022 as a groundman and quickly demonstrated the work ethic and determination needed to grow within the company. Through hard work and dedication, he advanced from groundman to water truck driver, milling machine operator, crew lead, and now Assistant Milling Foreman.

One of the things Lorenzo enjoys most about working at ERS is seeing how far he has come. He takes pride in knowing that his hard work and dedication have created opportunities for advancement and growth within the company. As he steps into this new role, he looks forward to continuing to strengthen his leadership skills and expand his knowledge of all aspects of the Asphalt Division.

Dalton Seymour, Milling Superintendent, shared:
"Lorenzo has been an upcoming leader that we have grown to lean on more and more, and every time he has excelled in any and all aspects of the job. He has proven himself to be a thoughtful leader, and we are excited to see how much more he can grow in his new role. He leads his team with compassion, diligence, and strong ethics and embodies our company values."

We are proud of Lorenzo's accomplishments and look forward to seeing his continued success. Congratulations on this well-earned promotion! 🎉

Please join us in celebrating Tom Clower, Vice President of Estimating, on 25 years with ERS. 🎉

Tom got his start in the field and worked his way up through roles like Foreman and Assistant Superintendent before moving into estimating. That hands-on experience gives him a practical understanding of the work that’s hard to teach — and it’s a big part of what makes him such a strong leader today. He knows what it takes in the field, and that perspective helps guide the way his team approaches every bid.

Today, Tom leads a team that produces more than 500 bids each year, supporting over $2 billion in work and helping position ERS for continued success.

Jared Snell shares:
“Tom has been a trusted leader and an important part of our growth through the years. His dedication, professionalism, and steady leadership have made a lasting impact on our company.”

Thank you, Tom, for 25 years of hard work, leadership, and commitment to ERS.

Hunter Warr is celebrating 25 years with ERS! 🎉

Starting out as a laborer on a culvert crew during college summers, he joined full-time after graduation as a WECS and steadily advanced through the Roadway Division to Assistant Superintendent. He later stepped into leadership roles as Superintendent and General Manager in Traffic Control and currently serves as a Project Manager in Special Projects.

What Hunter appreciates most about ERS is seeing the company’s lasting presence across Georgia, whether it’s driving through past or current jobs, noticing a company truck out in the community, or seeing how the work shows up in people’s daily lives. It’s a reminder of the wide-reaching, lasting impact ER Snell has made on communities throughout the state.

Vice President of Special Projects, Devin Snell, shares, “Hunter is someone you can always count on. He’s trustworthy, hardworking, and the kind of person who leads by example every day. Over the years, he’s built strong relationships across the company and earned the respect of everyone he works with. Beyond the job, Hunter is an outstanding father, husband, and a lifelong friend. We’re grateful for the impact he’s made on ERS over the last 25 years.”

Thank you, Hunter, for your dedication, leadership, and the example you continue to set every day. 👏
