Known for its wildly creative flavors, pink boxes, and offbeat vibes, VooDoo brings a little Portland weirdness to the heart of the PNW’s favorite city. Whether you’re after a classic glazed or something a little more... possessed, you’ll find unforgettable treats in every bite.

With a bold plan to expand their innovative doughnuts nationwide, secured a prime location in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle in 2023 and began the journey of designing their space. To avoid tipping off the media that they were coming to town, they went out for bid under the name Seattle Doughnuts. CPM was invited to participate in bidding on this location, eventually winning the contract, with construction set to begin in 2024.

Despite the challenges that come with working in an older building and navigating the complexities of Seattle’s regulations, CPM successfully completed the project just in time for the 2024 holiday season. One of the standout features of the new location? The iconic Voodoo pink now adorns the exterior, ensuring the store is impossible to miss! With lines forming around the block from day one, it’s clear that Voodoo Doughnuts is here to stay.

Shout out to our incredible team who worked round the clock, overcoming many obstacles to push this one over the finish line.

Earlier this year, we proudly completed our first Dogtopia build-out for a new franchisee in Seattle’s vibrant Roosevelt neighborhood. We’re incredibly proud of the work our CPM team and subcontractors delivered — and we’re excited for what’s next!

After becoming a pre-qualified and in-network contractor, CPM was invited to bid on multiple Dogtopia locations throughout 2024. We successfully secured the contract for the Roosevelt Square project, with construction kicking off in October 2024 and wrapping up in early February 2025.

This 5,104-square-foot facility features:
- Three primary dog play areas: Toy Playroom, Romper Playroom, and Gym Playroom
- A Spa/Laundry area
- Two Evaluation Rooms
- Restrooms, Breakroom, Consult Room, and a welcoming Lobby

Our team moved quickly and efficiently, transforming a former bookstore into a vibrant, state-of-the-art dog daycare center. Situated in the Roosevelt Square Shopping Center, the location is a true one-stop destination for pet owners, with Mud Bay pet supply store and the Roosevelt Animal Hospital located just steps away.

We’re honored to partner with Dogtopia on their expansion and look forward to helping create more spaces where dogs — and their humans — can thrive.

CPM is proud to partner with Jersey Mike's for the buildout of their stores in the PNW! CPM is a preferred Jersey Mike’s network contractor and has complete fast-casual restaurant TI buildouts for multiple Jersey Mike’s franchisees for years. These TIs are traditionally built in single story retail strip buildings. Existing conditions are typically a grey or vanilla shell at turnover. The build-outs consist of the kitchen, restrooms, office, ordering and dining areas. To date, CPM has built Jersey Mike's locations in Newcastle, Federal Way, Seattle, Poulsbo, Redmond, Enumclaw, Vancouver, Lacey, and Puyallup, WA.

Mike's Way - Lettuce, onions, tomatoes, oil, vinegar and spices still top amazing authentic sandwiches across the nation, carrying on the namesake who created the store over 65 years ago. Our secret to longevity has been making sure that everything is always high quality. Our MSA Grade top round beef are trimmed and cooked right in the store. Our meats and cheeses are all top-quality premium brands. Our bread is fresh-baked each day on the premises. And of course, everything’s prepared right in front of you. It’s what makes Jersey Mike’s the most authentic tasting submarine sandwich.

CPM is proud to partner with Wingstop and Far West Services, a franchisee operating more than 100 Wingstop restaurants in California, Nevada, Washington, Colorado, and Utah. Their rapid growth has positioned themselves in the marketplace as wing experts. To date, CPM has built Wingstops in Everett, Monroe, Burlington, Oak Harbor, Poulsbo, Vancouver, Renton, Kent, and the most recent restaurant located in Shoreline, WA. CPM is excited to continue partnering with Far West Services on the construction of their expanding portfolio of Wingstop restaurants!

What began as a small buffalo-style chicken wing restaurant in Garland, Texas, continues to soar to great heights. Today there are more than 2,000 restaurants open across the globe. Wingstop quickly became a fan favorite when they first opened their doors in 1994. A message from the founders: "We founded Zeeks to fuel our Northwest stoke. We couldn’t find a company that allowed for powder days and charging the Gorge, so we started our own. Turns out when you organize a beer and pizza company around ripping Cascade powder turns and riding Columbia swell with your friend, you end up creating something special and uniquely Northwest. That was 1993 and we are still as stoked as the day we started."

Today marks the 23rd anniversary of one of the most defining and somber moments in our nation's history. On this day in 2001, 2,977 Americans unknowingly said goodbye to their loved ones for the last time as they left their homes, never to return. Each of those lives—whether lost in the towers, the Pentagon, on Flight 93, or in the courageous rescue efforts—left an indelible mark on our nation.

As we reflect today, we not only honor and remember those who perished but also express our deepest gratitude to the brave men and women who, with unwavering courage, ran towards danger in a selfless effort to save others. These acts of heroism serve as a reminder of the strength of the human spirit in times of unimaginable adversity.

Though the events of September 11th happened more than two decades ago, they continue to resonate in our hearts and minds. The legacy of that day will forever remind us of the importance of unity, resilience, and gratitude for each day we are given.

Let us take a moment today to reflect on those we lost, express thanks for the freedoms we continue to cherish, and honor the sacrifices made for the safety and future of this nation.

We will remember them, always.
