Harvey Construction & Deco-Pour is polished concrete, concrete overlay, and terrazzo installation company. We are a small family run business and work all over Washington state, as well as some out of state work at times.
Starting wages are $14-$16 dollars (or $17-$19 with experience) an hour with reviews of pay every 1-2 months.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7-5 (some hours vary by project)
Position overview:
You will be trained on the job to install polished concrete systems as well as concrete overlay systems. This position will deal with residential clients and also high-end projects so you must be able to perform basic customer service skills.
This position also requires a valid Washington State drivers license as you will have to run between projects, get materials as well as get to the job sites.
Must be willing to exert physical labor such as carrying concrete bags, mixing concrete in barrels as well as hand-grinding edges and other job site necessities. At times you may be left on a job site after being fully trained and will need the skills necessary to run a project.
You will develop a comprehensive knowledge of company products, procedures, and system installations through on the job training
You will need to demonstrate proficiency to handle multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines.
We require the ability to be mobile in the work environment and travel as required.
Basic construction site /safety knowledge is a must.
Polished concrete and/or concrete overlay experience is beneficial and we are willing to evaluate the pay scale.
