The name so nice we hired Connors twice! If you know us, you definitely know Connor Kraft, our amazing Field Manager. Don't worry, he's not going anywhere! But NOW it's time to welcome Connor Cather!

Connor grew up in Kitsap County and is a self proclaimed “big ski guy”. He got his B.A. from St. Andrews's University in Sports & Recreation Management where he played college LaCrosse (earning him a titanium wrist)!

For years, he put his wilderness rescue skills to work as a Ski Patroller at Snoqualmie Pass. His last job was a Maintenance Manager for a property management company so he is finding the transition to property maintenance pretty smooth.

When he’s not in the mountains, you can find him spoiling his pup Pb’r (named after our favorite after work beer)!

You will recognize him when you see a mustached spider monkey scaling your difficult roof (safely). His expert rope work skills and amazing work ethic, enthusiastic and kind spirit, and million dollar smile will have you gushing!
