Y'all keep your pest control up to date! Termites are nasty, relentless, and evil little creatures that are lurking in the darkness of your sub flooring and floor joists! Don't get me wrong I enjoy making money but I also enjoy saving money! I'll be glad to replace your wood rot and termite damaged home but don't let a couple hundred bucks cost you thousands!!!! To elaborate on our last power/pressure washing post, we also offer a "Soft Wash" which is different from just slamming the mold and mildew away with high water pressure. It is a delicate wash (mainly for materials such as vinyl) that kills the fungus. It won't chip, break, or force water behind vinyl sidding causing wood rot. The chemicals used are human, plant, and pet friendly. No harsh clorox odors or fumes, and will not deteriorate the material that is being cleaned. Once cleaned, we also apply a non color changing and odorless sealant which will guarantee your homes exterior with a mold and mildew free finish! Thanks!
