House demo in Clarence, pa. The foundation had caved in on this house posing a threat to collapse at any given time. With a couple pokes here and there in just the right places it folded up and collapsed almost straight down (as I was hitting play on my phone to record it) into the basement. It’s all cleaned up including the painted block basement walls. No garbage or rubbish left behind. Hole is backfilled and top soiled. Septic tank pumped out and removed from service, also backfilled and top soiled. If you have a demolition project you need taking care of give me a call. (814)470-5383.

Completed a concrete apron earlier this winter to make side garage door accessible via forklifts. Rebar was tied 1’ on center and pinned to existing floor @ Spicer Welding & Fabrication. Approximately 17 yards for the apron and a couple extra yards went out back in front of a man door for the employees entering and exiting from parking area. Forklifts should be able to make the slight incline without getting stuck causing delays and frustration. Thanks for the work!

Earlier this winter I was asked to update a stairwell in the bellefonte area. I removed the old stair handrail and installed new modern handrail from top of steps to the bottom. Also installed capatreads, rises and flooring at the landing. Hope you enjoy your new stairwell. P.s. I did not install the handrail at the top landing, just painted. Thanks for the opportunity!

Versitile! I dont focus on just one trade. I will take on just about any task. I just combine all the years of different jobs ive had and knowledge ive absorbed/retained not knowing i would ever use it again. But it all comes together in the end! I had the opportunity to take on a complete kitchen overhaul and it turned out pretty dang awesome if you ask me, And I’m sure the homeowner will enjoy it for years to come. Major improvement not just visually but also efficiency, due to the lack of insulation on the exterior walls. Here are a few before and after pictures. Julian PA.

Replaced an inlet box last week. Removed the grating and concrete (No rebar in place). Instead of purchasing a new box (that would require a bigger footprint to be dug in order to install the new box) I opted to build a new one in place for multiple reasons. Mainly to keep the cost down for the customer because I would have had to cut all the pipes entering the inlet and then knock out holes thru the new box and extend the pipes I just cut so they protrude thru to the inside of the box, then mud around the new pipes so they are water tight, backfill to existing asphalt, compact the backfilled stone, and since it’s winter now I would have to come back in the spring and dig out approximately 6” of stone, compact it again and finally install the asphalt up to the inlet and compact as well. Building in place made just as nice of a job and it’s complete with a lot less man hours and unnecessary work that would have accomplished the same results but with a much larger price tag.

Home owner was getting rain water in their basement due to the concrete had settled up against corner of house and allowed water to run in the house instead of off the concrete and into the yard. Little pad for propane tank. Also ground concrete slab that addition is built on so water didn’t run under the walls.
