We're looking for a skilled equipment operator to join our crew. If you know your way around excavators and skid steers, we want to talk.

What You'll Do:
• Operate excavators and skid steers for grading, excavation, and site prep
• Support landscape and hardscape project installations
• Maintain equipment daily — fluid checks, greasing, general upkeep
• Work alongside our crew on property maintenance and construction projects

What We're Looking For:
• Experience operating excavators and skid steers
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable, shows up on time, works hard
• Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
• Team player with a good attitude

Pay: Competitive — based on experience and knowledge

Yard Shark is hiring reliable, hardworking people for the 2025–2026 snow season. When it snows, we work – plain and simple.

Positions Available:
* Snow Plow Truck Drivers (valid driver’s license + clean driving record required)
* Sidewalk Shoveling Crew
* Skid-Steer & Loader Operators
* On-Call Snow Responders

Requirements:
* Available 24/7 during snow events (nights, weekends, holidays – no exceptions)
* Physically able to shovel for hours and lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
* Reliable transportation to report on short notice
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Experience is a plus – we’ll train the right candidates

Pay:
* Starting at $20/hour
* Higher rates based on skills, experience, and position
* Overtime paid on all hours over 40/week
