The home in Del Mar, California was designed to be “ sleek and enduring” while the interior space opposes typical architectural planning. With private spaces on the lower levels and common spaces on the top level, the house “[provides] magnificent views both within and without”

Introducing...Arbor Crest!

This dynamic residential project utilizes the City’s new micro-housing ordinance to provide much needed housing. Automated parking lifts further differentiates this project. SDA designed Arbor Crest from early Feasibility Study phase through construction. Special sneak peek of one of our current projects on the boards: Marea Village is a proposed mixed-use community along Coast Highway 101 in Leucadia, California. The community is designed to maintain the funky character and feel of the Leucadia community and lifestyle. It consists of 96 rental apartment units, which include 20 affordable units, a boutique hotel, commercial retail space and public amenities. Stay tuned for more!
