Lakeside Custom Homes is a local, hands-on construction company serving the Kenai Peninsula.
We build custom homes, additions, remodels and site improvements, with much of the work performed by our own crew and trusted specialty trades brought in when the project requires them.
What matters to us is having control of the job from the beginning: understanding what the customer wants, working through the details, building accurate plans and material lists, identifying problems before they reach the field, and making sure the people doing the work have the information they need.
We believe good construction starts long before the first wall goes up.
It starts with good planning, clear communication and accountability—and it continues all the way through the last item on the job.
