Finished up a dandy clearing project for a new house! No mulching here, instead we always strip the property of all the vegetation and haul it off site. This leaves the topsoil with very little roots or debris giving the property room to grow grass without having to haul in topsoil or spend extra money on removing all the mulch and debris to establish a yard! Battling the heat today but we finished off this absolutely beauty of a project! Talk about bringing some value to your property! We took a steep un accessible hill and turned it into a beautiful hang out area and access to the lake!
