Construction Resources is honored to serve Cuyahoga Valley Career Center. CRI designed in 2023 new roof systems, new curtain walls to replace old glass block, and designed new insulated siding panels as a new facade over the structural steel that has been exposed to the exterior since original construction of the building. CRI is currently in design for 2024 to continue the exterior restoration process with the School.

CRI teamed with an architect to conduct a roof study of multiple roof areas and design the replacement of several roof areas for MetroHealth patient care areas. CRI served the City of Mentor, Ohio - Municipal Government , by analyzing fourteen of their building's roofs and designing repairs to several buildings. CRI studied, designed, performed contract administration, and conducted field observation for those roofing projects and ensured success within those projects. CRI also successfully designed the repair of windows, masonry, and roofing at the Civic Center building addition that leaked since its original construction. Needless to say, our client was happy with the results!

The Cleveland Institute of Music is one of the nation's leading independent music conservatories in the University Circle district of Cleveland, Ohio. The School engaged CRI to analyze, design the replacement, conduct field observation during the product, and conduct contract administration services to replace the existing building roof system, precast wall restoration, masonry restoration, and storefront replacement of the stairwell penthouse. Should I always call a roofer if my ceiling tile gets wet or my walls get stained?

No. Not everything that leaks from above is roof related. The ceiling leak may be the HVAC unit, an upper wall, a metal flashing component, or maybe an interior water line. Since your building is made up of many exterior components that work together to help make things weather-tight, calling any one contractor maybe the wrong choice for the job. The most cost-effective choice may be to complete a full analysis to locate the source of the issue by a building consultant such as Construction Resources!
