About Us:
We are a family-owned insulation and fencing company located in Somerset. We pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship and a "work hard, do it right the first time" culture. We are currently looking for a dependable Independent Contractor (1099) to join our team.
​The Opportunity:
This is a long-term contract position for someone who takes pride in their work. If you are looking to grow your own contracting business or learn the insulation/fencing trades under an experienced mentor, we want to talk to you.
​Expectations:
​Reliability is our #1 requirement. You show up when you say you will.
​Ability to work independently once trained.
​Physical stamina for outdoor and attic work.
​Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
​Compensation:
​Competitive Daily Rate: Paid based on experience and proficiency.
​Consistency: We have a steady flow of projects year-round.
​1099 Status: You will operate as an independent contractor (we can assist you in understanding the setup if you are new to 1099 work).
