You never know what you’ll find on a roof…

While inspecting a TPO roof, we came across something we definitely weren’t expecting—a bullet hole in the roofing membrane. 😳
After years in the roofing business, it’s amazing how every job still brings something new.
We’ve seen storm damage, poor repairs, clogged drains, and now this!

At Bigfoot Construction, we’re blessed with more than just an amazing company—we’re blessed with an amazing family.

Today, Hannah and Lili surprised us by planting beautiful flowers around the spot where our future sign will stand and other landscaping. It may seem like a small thing, but it’s these thoughtful acts that make all the difference.

Girls, I love you both so much. I couldn’t be more proud of the young women you’ve become, and I am incredibly appreciative of all you do. Your hard work, kindness, and willingness to jump in and help doesnt go unnoticed.

Bigfoot Construction isn’t just a business—it’s family, and moments like these remind me just how blessed we are. ❤️🌸🦶

Last week, Stephen and I were on our way to a customer's house, racing against the setting sun and trying to squeeze every last bit out of the workday. As always, he was focused on getting the job done.

Then we spotted a gentleman stranded on the side of the road.

Without hesitation, Stephen pulled over to help. The man told us he had called just about everyone he knew, but no one was available. From my seat in the car, I watched in the side mirror as Stephen changed his tire to get him back on his way.

Stephen is one of the kindest people you'll ever meet and would give the shirt off his back to help someone in need.

When he finished helping, he climbed back into the truck, took a puff from his inhaler, and we headed on to the customer's house. He never skipped a beat. He never complained. He never even questioned whether he should stop. He simply did what was right.

I'll be honest, I thought that card was pretty special. Not because Stephen was looking for recognition—he wasn't. He would have helped that man whether anyone ever knew about it or not. But it was a reminder that simple acts of kindness still matter and that people don't always forget when someone shows up for them in a moment of need.

I couldn't be more proud of him. The world could use a few more people who stop when everyone else keeps driving. ❤️

🦆 Happy National Donald Duck Day!

One of our favorite Donald Duck moments has to be when he comes face-to-face with Bigfoot! Even Donald knows that if you’re going to run into a legendary creature, it might as well be Bigfoot. 😂
