A breaker that trips is doing its job. A breaker that trips constantly is telling you something. Sometimes it is one appliance pulling too much. Sometimes the breaker itself is worn out. And sometimes the circuit was never sized for what you are asking of it. The fix is rarely just resetting it more often.

This panel has been working hard since before some of our techs were born. Here's the problem with panels this age: breakers wear out internally and stop tripping when they should, connections loosen over decades of heat cycles, and most of these older panels were never sized for the way we use electricity now. EV charger, heat pump, hot tub... they all want more than this panel was built to give. If your panel looks like this, it doesn't mean your house is about to burn down. It means it's worth having someone take a look before you add anything new to it.

Rough-in week at a cabin job. This is the part of electrical work nobody sees once the walls close up, and it's the part that matters most. Every cable run, every box, every connection gets done right the first time because there's no easy second chance after drywall.
