This home got a complete refresh by replacing old Hardie board siding with brand-new James Hardie 7” Plank siding. To complete the transformation, we added new James Hardie Fascia and Soffits, all professionally painted for a seamless finish.

From T1-11 to Timeless Elegance

This home has undergone a complete exterior transformation, replacing outdated T1-11 siding with James Hardie Plank siding (7” reveal) for a sleek, modern look. To complement the new siding, the fascia was also upgraded with durable Hardie material, ensuring a seamless and polished finish.

The entire exterior was given a fresh coat of paint using Sherwin-Williams products, adding a beautiful, long-lasting color that ties the design together. This upgrade not only improves the home’s aesthetic but also enhances its durability and value for years to come.

This project features a dynamic mix of James Hardie Planks, Shake, and Board & Batten siding, all in the bold and versatile Iron Gray, beautifully contrasted with Arctic White Trim. To complete the system, we installed vinyl soffits and wrapped the fascias for a clean, low-maintenance finish.

Because the windows were set out an extra Âľ inch, we added a rain screen on the walls with windows to ensure proper moisture control.

Iron Gray steals the show—appearing bluish in the shade and with subtle green undertones in sunlight. A truly elegant and ever-changing color!

We began by removing the old siding and discovered there was no sheathing on the home—only on the garage. To ensure proper structure and insulation, we installed OSB board around the entire house before giving it a fresh new look.

Next, we installed Exterior Portfolio’s Market Square D4 siding in Regatta Blue, paired with white T4 soffits. The fascia, doors, and windows were wrapped in white aluminum coil, and we completed the transformation with a new white seamless gutter system.

A complete rebuild for long-lasting beauty and protection!
