Glazer Assistant/Trainee
This job is ideal for those who enjoy working with their hands while also helping others.
As a glazer, you will work with glass and glass substitutes. You will be tasked with cutting, installing and removing glass of all kinds, glaziers install glass into things such as windows, doors, displays, storefronts and skylights, among other things.
Requirements:
5+ years experience preferred
Must be very physically fit
Ability to lift heavy materials
Comfortable working outdoors and with regular use of ladders
Ability to stand, sit, kneel and squat for prolonged periods.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good customer service skills
Must hold a valid driver license and have reliable transportation.
