We’re Back.
Progress Update — Winter Hill Triple Decker
After an unexpected early delay, work is fully underway and we are making up lost time.
In just four days, our crew will have framed two levels of this triple decker and on pace to complete rough framing in under two weeks.
This level of ex*****on shows what an experienced and knowledgeable team can accomplish. Watching this frame come together has been a reminder that a GC is only as good as the subcontractors he hires,
The first plate was set on Tuesday, March 17. By the end of the day Friday, March 20, the second-floor exterior walls are expected to be complete.
Windows and roofing are dropping Thursday March 26, by March 31 we’ll be weather tight.

Thank you to the entire team at — especially . You guys pulled off a miracle on no notice, and I appreciate it more than you know.

I was honored to be able to contribute to the fundraiser supporting the Doherty family after the tragic loss of Kevin Doherty. I didn’t know Kevin personally, but the outpouring of support — and the stories from the people who did — make it clear what kind of man he was and how much he meant to everyone around him. My thoughts are with his family, and I hope the strength of the community brings them even a small amount of comfort during an impossible time.

LET’S GO!!! 🚀

We’re fired up to break ground on our newest project—a ground-up, triple-decker at the top of Winter Hill!

It's been a while since we had the opportunity to tackle a new build, and this one is right in our backyard.

The best part? The Team we are privileged to work with: KDI Architects, Spruhan Engineering, Bruno Bros Plumbing, Blueprints Builders, Zack Ciampa & The Santana Team, H1H2 Capital, and many more.
