🚨 WAIT… YOU CALLED A PLUMBER AND A SEPTIC COMPANY?! 🚨

They both showed up.

They both charged you. 💸

And your sewer was STILL backed up?! 💩😳

Well… third time’s the charm.

🚨 THE SEWER CAMERA DOESN’T LIE… 🚨

We got the call for a backed-up septic line. 💩

First things first — we got the line flowing again and the septic system back in business. 👍

Problem solved… right?

Not quite. 😅

We ran our sewer camera down the line and noticed it was holding a TON of water where it definitely shouldn’t be. That was our first clue that something ugly was hiding underground.

Sure enough, another backup happened.

This time we dug into it and found the sewer wasn’t broken in one spot…

Not two…

FIVE. DIFFERENT. PLACES.

At that point, this sewer had officially submitted its resignation.

So we got to work.
✅ New sewer piping
✅ New piping brought properly through the foundation walls
✅ New 2-way cleanout for future service
✅ New indoor sewer stack
✅ Sewer properly bedded and supported
✅ Septic system flowing like it should again

Sometimes getting the drain open is only half the job. Finding out WHY it backed up is what keeps it from becoming the same problem over and over again.

That’s why we camera our problem sewer lines. 📹

We found a used newer box truck!

Buy once cry once and my wallet definitely cried more than once actually 😢

Good news is this one is clean enough to letter up finally!

Were looking for a logo design group or person or maybe even a wrap company to help us dial in our ideas 💡

PS Mater our other box truck is up for sale or trade as we don't have enough parking for 2 box trucks.

Drive shaft flew off on I88 🔥😩

I used the power of caffeine and hatred to install a plumbing hanger from the truck stock to fix it and get the work truck home.

We will be out of the office tomorrow morning but will be answering calls.

Buying a new box truck tomorrow wish us luck! 😬

NO HOT WATER 🔥 + ERROR CODES + HACKED IN OLD TANKLESS 😢

We showed up to find this older tankless unit installed wrong in just about every way possible😬

On top of that, it wasn’t making hot water and was throwing error codes left and right.

We've teamed up with Liatroim Excavation & Septic for an emergency sewer repair today.

It's not everyday you get to work at an airport but we gotta say the planes coming through were so cool!

We've gotta say today was super hot out but when you can't use any sump pump plumbing in the house we won't hesitate to brave the heat.

Huge thanks to the guys Liatroim they are a HUGE help we have been highly impressed with them.

This storm sewer was under severe stress from settling and back pitched. It was also falling off the house with no stone bedding. We got it all fixed up the right way. Added all the down spouts and the rear sump pump. Cored through the foundation and installed new pumps inside and out!
