We came in to pressure wash and prep the house; we hit it with a German schmear finish and stucco on the fire place to give it some contrast.

Now all it needs is a good mortar paint job to finish it off.

Today, we began a new project. Went in to pressure wash this house and prepare for a new stucco job.

While we were there, we decided to clean up the steps and part of the sidewalk. That mold and mildew killer did some good work!

I am super bad about taking pictures lol. When I begin a job, I focus on getting it done instead of pictures. These are somewhat, before and afters of a project we completed a week ago.

Removed popcorn ceilings, repaired drywall where needed, removed wiring that had electrical but just sat in insulation, replaced ceiling drywall in livingroom area (original drywall was hanging and cracked), fixed framing, new tape, float and Texture. We also prime, painted ceiling, we touched up wall paint, reinstalled ceiling fans, recessed lighting and light fixtures.

Carpet is old and after some time it tends to collect a lot of particles that do not help allergies; even if you shampoo the carpet, it is never truly clean.

Main house completed and clients made them both look even better with the Decor!!

Fixed framing, siding, stucco work, new plumbing , roof repairs, leveling of concrete floor, new flooring install, new framing and doors, new windows, cedar trim, tile work, painting interior and exterior, new pex A for water lines, new polyethylene and black pipe install for new propane tank, new water heater install and soo much more!

We are super grateful to have been given this opportunity to show our work, as well as, the Trust to do this job. Thank you and God Bless!!

After many days of rain; even more days of this heat we had to endure and some good tans we have worked on.
We can finally day we are close to being done with this job!!
A full replacement of shingles. A full replacement of framing and osb sheathing, replacement of one wall of siding. Replacement of soffits, replacement of window sills, etc.
Just a few more details to get done on this roof and we are done!!
