Local Design & Build Company seeking a part time office/personal assistant for the owner. We are searching for someone who is driven, organized, has a positive energy and solid work ethic. Our ideal hire, is a candidate that wants to grow with the company and is flexible with day to day tasks, as they vary between office assistant and personal assistant duties. Office duties include, but are not limited to the following:
• Office management -- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
• Basic Accounting --- Quick Books -- Invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Data Entry ---Online software, word , excel,
• Social Media and Marketing— an understanding and ability to update social media.
• Client Relations -- Contacting existing clients on behalf of the owner and keeping project information updated. Collecting checks and assist clients with purchase of new products for their home such as tile, paint colors, plumbing fixtures, lights flooring ect.. Interest with interior design is a plus.
• Employee relations – light HR duties -- assist in hiring, filling out new hire packets. Pick up time cards,Entering Payroll, communicating with employees.
• Project Management -- Meeting suppliers and other staff. Product deliveries, Vendor deliveries, and subcontractor relations. Go to county or city to pick up required permits or drop off plans.
Personal Assistant duties include, but are not limited to:
• Clean DMV record
• Valid and Current drivers license
• Reliable transportation with valid car insurance
• Quick Books experience (training to further skill set may be provided)
• Punctuality, reliability and honesty are a must
• Experience with elementary aged children preferred, but not required as this is an in home Office.
