Unfortunately, this happens far too often. Please be careful when hiring a contractor. Make sure you have a DETAILED bid/contract, never pay the full amount 'up front' and do not work with a contractor who does not obtain the proper permits.

The price increases keep coming.

Since the start of the Covid epidemic, prices for lumber and other building supplies have skyrocketed and continue increasing almost on a daily basis. Please be aware that when you book a project we will need to include a pricing increase item in our terms and conditions. From the time of the contract signing until project completion we will need to pass along any pricing increases in order to recoup our final costs. We apologize that this is necessary but, according to our suppliers there doesn't seem to be an end in sight as far as the price increases.
