This month we would like to showcase one of our longest tenured employees, Josh Dickerson - who has been with Electrical Accents for almost 19 years. Josh is one of our rough-in crew leaders that wires new production homes.

In his free time, Josh woodworking, pottery and making breakfast for his 2 boys on the weekends.

We really appreciate having Josh as one of longest employed leaders and hope that he continues with our company for many years. Thank you Josh for your hard work and positive personality.

Electrical Accents is looking to hire some new assistant electricians to help with the wiring of new homes, in both our South Amherst and Green locations. No experience is necessary, but higher salaries are given to people with relevant experience. We start 2023 by showcasing, Xavier Jones. Xavier has been working with our rough-in crews for our new home build communities. He’s been with Electrical Accents for a little over 2 years. While enjoying the conversation on the job site, Xavier enjoys building and wiring the service for the houses.

In the summer, Xavier enjoys spending time with his family. During the summer he can be found outside, enjoying night time weather listening to music.

EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT ::: December 2022 :::

We will be wrapping up this 2022 year by showcasing one of our more recent new hires, Nick D'Antonio. Nick works out of our Green OH branch, under the crew leadership of Jason Nehls...he has been with Electrical Accents almost 1.5 years so far. Although Nick worked previously on the commercial side of the electrical industry, he now does rough-in wiring for our new home build production communities down in the Akron area.

When he is not on the job site, Nick can be found playing video games or hanging out at home with his "three crazy daughters and girlfriend Ashley" in their very full house: Two huskies, two chinchillas, one turtle and one guinea pig! Nick told us he also enjoys checking out alternative bands, live in concert when he can.

Thank you, Nick, for your willingness to learn new skills and take direction. We appreciate your positive attitude and hope you stay on with our company for many years to come!

EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT ::: November 2022 :::

This month we'd like to showcase our employee Izaiah Hutchinson, who has been with Electrical Accents now for two years. Izaiah works primarily on one of our rough-in production crews, helping to wire new home builds throughout NE Ohio.

If he is not on the job site, Izaiah can be found at home writing music or spending quality time with his "two beautiful daughters Veda and Indigo, ages six and four".

When asked about working at Electrical Accents - Izaiah said that he "loves the family atmosphere, and I spend most of the week with these guys...they make me feel like home." He would like to give a shout out to "everyone at the shop who has taken the time to teach me".

Thank you for your positive attitude and consistent work ethic each day, we appreciate your hard work Izaiah!

EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT ::: October 2022 :::

This month we will be showcasing Paul Ferguson, who has been with our company now for over 4 years and came to us from Alaska. Paul said he likes "continuing to learn new skills" and "seeing a house completed from the initial wire pulling all the way to the finish stage such as screwing in a light bulb."

Paul began as an entry level employee and has worked both on our rough & finish wiring crews and assists with temporary power pole installs. When he is not on the job site, Paul loves taking walks with his dog Halli... "probably not as much as her!". Paul also enjoys "playing guitar, hiking, fishing and camping" in his free time. He would like to give a shout-out to his wife, "who has always loved and supported me".

Thank you Paul, for your positive attitude and desire to keep learning & growing within our company... we really appreciate it!

EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT ::: September 2022 :::

We are pleased to showcase our employee for this month, Andrew Covey. Andrew has been a long-term employee with our company since 2012. During his many years with Electrical Accents, Andrew has worked on our rough-in production crew and is now is a full time crew leader with the service department.

When Andrew is not on the job site, he is riding his motorcycle and spending quality time with his family camping or watching football. He and his wife Jessica have been married for 15 years and they are very proud of their two daughters, Madison & Abigail and son Andrew Jr.

Andrew told us "I love Electrical Accents for the team work mentality and comradery, from learning new skills to refreshing old techniques". He said his new favorite memory is the recent preseason Cleveland Browns Game that the company attended together. He wanted to give a shout out to "the school of hard knocks and the patience that Jim & Scott have".

Thank you Andrew, for making our company your long-term career path. We appreciate your dedication and positive attitude!

EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT ::: August 2022 ::: Gabriel Fairfax

For this month we would like to showcase one of our more recent hires, Gabe Fairfax - who has been with Electrical Accents for 1.5 years so far. Gabe works primarily on one of our rough-in crews wiring new production homes and said he enjoys "assembling & landing panels or pulling wire" most. One of his favorite memories at our company was "working on his first remodel project with crew leader Fred".

Gabe told us in his free time he enjoys playing video games and basketball with friends. He mentioned that he "grew up as the only boy with three sisters" and he is also lucky enough to still have two of his great grandparents alive. Gabe said that "Electrical Accents is the best electrical company around, and they treat you like their own".

We really appreciate having Gabe as an employee and hope that he continues to grow for many years within our company. Gabe -thank you for your hard work, positive personality and willingness to learn new skills!

EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT ::: July 2022 ::: Kory Collins

For this month of July, we'd like to showcase one of our relatively recent hires. Kory has been with our company for a little over a year now, ever since he decided to make a career change and begin working in the electrical industry.

Kory primarily works on one of our rough-in wiring crews and he has been a valuable asset on these production homes. Kory told us that he enjoys pulling wire and one of his favorite memories at Electrical Accents was "installing a soffit light at the peak of a house in the Redtail community".

When he is not on the job site Kory said he spends time with his "two awesome puppies named Sam & Jack" and he also likes to play golf on the weekends. Kory told us that he really enjoys working with his fellow co-workers and we are happy to hear that! We appreciate the commitment Kory has made to our company and hope that he decides to stay on board long-term with Electrical Accents.

Thank you Kory...for being willing to learn new techniques & for being a coachable team player as you continue to grow your skill set.
