I know its wet and cold right now but we're in for a hot dry summer this year! Here are a couple things you can do to get ahead of the heat this year.

1. Get your system started and inspected now so any repairs can be scheduled and completed before the heat hits.

2. Program your controller to water in the early am to reduce evaporation and plant stress.

3. Start in the spring to train your grass roots deeper for maximum water absorption

4. Try adding clover grass to your lawn to help it look greener in the heat of the day and add nitrogen to your soil to help feed your lawn!

5. Test your zones weekly to catch any broken heads or lines early to reduce plant stress.
