The progress at Northwood Station continues! 🏗️

Located in Wood Dale, IL, this 148-unit luxury apartment community is bringing together thoughtful design, modern amenities, and convenient access to downtown Chicago.

The four-story community will feature an impressive lineup of amenities, including an amenity deck with putting greens, clubhouse, fitness center, pet run and EV charging stations.

Excited to share that our latest hospitality development, ECHO Suites by Wyndham, has officially broken ground in Savannah, GA!

This project marks our second hospitality development in the Savannah market. We’re especially excited to continue our relationship with the ECHO Suites brand.

As the builder of ECHO Suites’ very first Indiana location, it’s been exciting to watch this brand take off and expand across the country. We’re proud to now be part of their 21st location and look forward to seeing this project come to life.

A big thank you to our local trade and development partners for the opportunity to be part of another great project in the Savannah community. We’re excited for what’s ahead!

Our team joined the Valpo Chamber for the Community Improvement Awards luncheon to celebrate Tru by Hilton Valparaiso and its recognition as a 2026 Community Improvement Award recipient 🎉

Tru by Hilton marks our third project with Good Hospitality Services, and we couldn’t be more appreciative of the partnership we’ve built together. Through collaboration from start to finish, our team was able to deliver the project on time and under budget.

A big thank you to the Valpo Chamber for celebrating the projects that continue to strengthen the Valparaiso community, and to Good Hospitality Services for trusting Holladay Construction Group to bring another project to life.

Progress continues at the future AC Hotel in Fishers District, where we're proud to partner with Dora Hospitality Group to bring Marriott's signature AC Hotel brand to one of Central Indiana's most dynamic mixed-use destinations.

This project is a true testament to what can be accomplished through strong partnerships. We'd like to extend a special congratulations to our trade partner, Custom Concrete, on earning the Concrete Foundations Association Above Grade Structure Project of the Year award for their outstanding work on this project. Well deserved!

Site preparation is well underway at Empire Flats in Bloomington, Illinois, where our team is laying the groundwork for a new 210-unit multifamily community in partnership with Holladay Properties.

This 7.5-acre campus will soon host seven residential buildings, creating a thoughtfully designed neighborhood for the growing Bloomington-Normal market.

Stay tuned as Empire Flats continues to take shape.
