This project involved renovating over 20,000 sq. ft. & included upgrades to all interior features, addition of audio/visual suites, and reimagined children’s spaces.

We’ve broken ground in Bloomington, Illinois! 🚧

Holladay Construction Group was proud to join Holladay Properties for the groundbreaking of Empire Flats, a new 210-unit multifamily community coming to Bloomington.

The development will span 7.5 acres and bring a new apartment community to the market, creating a thoughtfully planned place for residents to call home.

We’re excited to see this project move from vision to reality and look forward to bringing Empire Flats to life alongside the Holladay Properties team and our trade partners.

We're elated to share that AC Hotel Fishers, Indiana's first AC Hotels by Marriott, has officially topped out. 🏗️

This 135-room hotel in the Union at Fishers District has reached its full structural height. This milestone is made possible by an incredible crew in the field and a trusted partnership with DORA Hospitality.

As our COO, Billy Mattingly, shared: "The project has moved with incredible momentum, and our strong partnership with DORA Hospitality Group has been instrumental in keeping that momentum going."

We’re proud to celebrate the ribbon cutting for Calvary Christian School’s new STEAM Lab addition and renovation in Indianapolis. ✂️

Holladay Construction Group completed a 4,755-square-foot build-out and addition, creating five specialized learning spaces for robotics, fabrication, coding and design, collaboration, and AV/creative work.

These new spaces will give students more opportunities to learn, create, and prepare for their futures. We’re honored to have helped bring this vision to life for CCS and the Indianapolis community.

Last week we celebrated with our friends at Holladay Properties by rolling up our sleeves and giving back to our community.

Our team spent the week removing invasive plants with Itasca Park District, framing homes with Habitat for Humanity in Northwest Indiana, and caring for animals at Ready Set Ride Therapeutics.
