Renovations are a powerful way to transform your building, enhancing moods, inspiring creativity, and improving energy and cleanliness.

Our team recently renovated Tech Connect and Boardroom workspaces in Hopewell, New Jersey.

The project involved removing existing ceilings, light fixtures, carpet, furniture, technology, and glass fronts. We then installed new floors, ceilings, lighting and controls, fabric/acoustic wall panels, glass doors and sidelights, and window film. The renovation also included updating power, sprinkler, and ductwork systems and adding new technology, tables, chairs, and soft seating.

Another beautifully finished project was completed by project managers Kevin Pol, David Baird, and our team. Our banking client entrusted us to complete another refurbishment in Oceanside, Long Island, NY.

In this renovation, we accomplished:
-Re-lamination of the existing teller line with updated finishes, adding a touch of modern elegance.
-Introduction of new millwork, flooring (carpet, LVT, and base), paint, wallcovering, and furniture/workstations, transforming the space into a cohesive and inviting environment.
-Innovative floor trenching and backfilling to power up two new charging tables strategically placed in the main branch lobby and the new lounge area.
-Retention of existing ceiling and lighting for a seamless integration of the old and new.
We completed this meticulous work entirely after bank hours, while the bank was open for business, ensuring a safe, clean, and fully operational bank for business every day.
