We removed an old tub and surround that was installed around the window. We installed a new whirlpool bath jet tub, 3x6 subway tile for the surround, tiled the floor, installed pvc wainscoting and installed matte black fixtures.

The customer had multiple leaks in the exterior gas service line and in the house. We installed a new 1” CTS gas service line, new flex riser, meter loop, wall sleeve and fixed the leaks under the house. We had it inspected by mountaineer gas and got the gas turned on. This customer contacted us on a Friday and we made room on the schedule for the following Monday. We try to help the best we can.

This is our work in progress. My sons (Colten age 7 and Conner age 9) and I have done all the work so far and I hope they will continue to help me with our projects. In the end not only will we have a freshly remodeled bathroom but we will have all the memories that came along with it. I wouldn’t be the man I am today if it weren’t for my family.

We extended the deck on this house to 18’x32’ and used 4x4’s for the bannister top and bottom rails. We used rebar painted black for the balusters. We used treated 2x6’s for the decking boards and 6x6’s for the posts. Dad designed the deck. I think it turned out great. He also designed the stairs to get wider as they come down to give you a wider entry since there was limited room at the first landing.

We removed this 70s tub, tile surround, and linoleum flooring. We installed a new tub, surround, shower valve, new water resistant snaplock flooring and new baseboard. The homeowner was awesome to work for and was glad to have this bathroom operational so she could have her bathroom back.

Before and after of a small powder room that had sustained water damage due to a roof leak. We took it down to subfloor and studs. And built it back new. My favorite aspect of the room is the Italian tile with warm grey grout.

We removed a one piece shower and installed a tile zero entry tile shower. The home owner had a hard time stepping over the curb and into the original shower. With the zero entry shower his wheels can enter the shower so that he can maneuver onto the bench. We also installed a new shower valve, hand sprayer, and transfer valve close enough that he could operate the controls from the bench. In addition we installed grab bars to help him onto the bench and a shampoo niche he could reach. We installed the schluder Kerdi system in the shower and the schluder Ditra system under the tile outside the shower so the whole bathroom floor is water proof. Sorry for the horrible pictures the bathroom was tight on space.
