Experiment Time!

We picked ALL our super hot peppers yesterday in anticipation of frost this morning. Even the ones that weren’t ripe yet. So we decided to do a green pepper hot sauce ferment using all the unripened peppers! A “green sauce” if you will…

Basic ferment is going. We’ll add finishing flavors when we process the ferment. Any suggestions on finishing flavors? We’ve got a few in mind but would love to hear from you!

Anyone brave enough to try the finished product, drop us a comment, we’ll figure out a way to get you a bottle when it’s finished!
