This photo shows one of our crew members accessing an underground utility vault—a part of the job most people never get to see.

💡Fun Fact: Some underground utility systems have been in service for decades, with newer fiber and communication lines carefully installed around them. In many locations, there are multiple layers of infrastructure stacked beneath a single sidewalk.
