Here’s a kitchen refresh we just finished. We kept the existing cabinets and counter tops and removed a soffit. Then we installed new tile floors and a matching backsplash. We also updated the electrical to include under cabinet and down lighting. This a great concept that keeps kitchen remodels affordable, or for making an inherited kitchen uniquely yours.

This is a recent fireplace limewash finish applied to the fireplace brick. It’s a dolomite and limestone material imported from Italy called Romabio. It cures into the brick as it ages, and unlike paint it will never peel off or flake. after it’s thinned and applied to the desired level ( full strength, opaque or translucent)it can be removed with water in areas to mimic natural aging and weathering. Thanks to my amazing painter Joe for working hand in hand with the customer to give her exactly what she wanted for her living room.

Another labor of love. Please follow the photos. This is the customers concept drawing and then I laid the tile out on the floor before installing it. This bathroom has a moisture sensing ceiling fan, stainless steel hammered sinks set in a custom granite top. An Amish made custom built open concept angled cabinet and….. wait for it…… a backlit LED mirror with defog.
