This addition in Providence ties both floors of the existing
home together to add a new mudroom and bathroom.

Before construction started, our team worked through layout planning and permitting to make sure the addition tied seamlessly into the existing structure.

That groundwork allowed us to hit the ground running and
build an addition that feels like it’s always been there.

The exterior combines AZEK Exteriors board and batten
with white cedar shingles, Andersen Windows + Doors A Series
Stormwatch windows, and Sapele timber brackets.

Architectural design led by Laura Krekorian Architect, with our team carrying the project from demo through final build-out.

An investment property is only as good as its return, and for this Narragansett home, that meant adding a full second story addition.

Our clients trusted us to take the project from framing to
final finish, adding new structural posts and footings that
support the second floor.

The result is two new bedrooms and an additional bathroom that nearly doubled the home’s living space without changing its footprint.

Our first tear-down and rebuild was one of the most complex projects we've taken on, and easily one of the most rewarding too.

The existing home was demolished to make way for a new waterfront build in Wakefield, RI. Architectural design was led by Laura Krekorian Architect, with our team leading construction from demo through the final build-out and site restoration.

The final result is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with a second floor office, a cupola lookout on the third floor, two wood burning fireplaces, two gas fireplaces, an outdoor shower, custom glass doors, an aluminum spiral staircase, and plenty more to come as we document this project over the next few weeks.

This project in Narragansett turned an unused basement
into a full bathroom.

The space now includes a vanity, soaking tub, and a custom tile niche, laid out to make the most of the space we had available.

Basements come with their own set of constraints like
plumbing, ceiling height, moisture control. These all shape
what’s possible before a single tile is laid.

Getting those decisions right early is what makes a
bathroom like this function as well as it looks.

This South Kingstown kitchen had a good layout, the
finishes were just a little dated.

We helped our clients modernize their kitchen with new
Fabuwood cabinetry in a Kona finish, Viatera Calacatta Oro countertops from LX Hausys Global [ HIMACS l VIATERA l HFLOR l BORTE l BENIF ]], Daltile floor tile, and a
subway tile backsplash with chocolate grout.

The most important detail in residential additions is making
sure the new construction blends into the existing home.

This Warwick project added a primary bedroom suite and
renovated the first floor living area of a 1950s ranch. We used the design phase to resolve considerations for the layout, roofline, materials, floor finish, and mechanical systems.

The resulting plan allowed us to add more space that feels
cohesive with the rest of the home.

It was a team effort to renovate and add an addition to this 1950s ranch in Warwick.

The addition required excavating a new crawlspace foundation, pouring footings, and framing a 14x24 structure. Double-hung windows from Harvey Windows + Doors, vinyl siding, and shingles were selected to make the addition feel part of the original construction.

Inside, hardwood floors were matched and refinished across the entire first floor to eliminate any visible seam between old and new. New trim and fresh paint carried that same standard into every room of the home.
