Framing done on new basement project. More living space for adults, kiddos and the newest family member 🐶 (pic included).

Just enough space for large family room, small kitchen area, bedroom, full bathroom, workout area, finished & unfinished storage. Adding value with additional bedroom/bath always great at resale

They help create welcoming homes for individuals, families and veterans all from donated items and volunteer time.

My very generous boss man gave me a couple hours off to work in the warehouse and see in person what they provide- SO impressive!!

Can’t wait to go back for a “deco day” when they put all this great stuff to work 😁

This one’s wrapping up.
☑️made a half wall and removed the soffit to let the sunshine in ☀️
☑️lots of space to add a bench and a niche for storage

Our customers wanted to keep a bathtub so upgrading to a freestanding tub 🛁, but needed to keep the same basic footprint.

Love that we could make the space feel bigger and add tons of natural light with some small adjustments. 😍
