Now Hiring: Hardwood Flooring Installer (Part-Time to Full-Time)
Location: South Lyon, MI + Surrounding Areas

We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team to install, repair, and refinish hardwood floors.

Experience is perferred, but not required — perfect for someone eager to get into the trades and learn hands-on from a skilled, locally-owned business.

What We Offer:
-Hands-on training
-Part-time hours to start, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role
-Competitive compensation based on experience

Requirements:
-Reliable transportation
-Willingness to undergo a background check
-Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Physical Requirements:
This position requires the ability to regularly lift and carry heavy equipment and materials, including sanding machines and wood flooring. Candidates must also be comfortable working in physically demanding positions for extended periods, such as bending, kneeling, or crouching during tasks like hand scraping and edging.
