We took a perfectly normal back porch and decided it needed a proper deck… and more of it.

So we made it bigger. Because bigger is better when it comes to decks.

Here’s the “before” and current progress. Wood has been cut. Things have been leveled. No corners have been cut.

It’s not finished yet—but it will be. And it will be solid.

This driveway was holding water after every rain, causing pooling and drainage issues. We installed a catch basin to collect the water and redirected the flow over the hill to ensure proper drainage away from the driveway.

Now the water moves where it should—no more standing water and a much better long-term solution!

First project of 2026 completed. This bathroom went from unfinished to fully refreshed with new flooring, fresh paint, a new vanity, a plumbing access door, and new baseboards. Clean work and a solid finish.

Installed some exhaust vents on a metal roof. Prior to this, the roof had no exhaust vents. Metal roofs are tricky and require a specific type of exhaust vent.

French drain we recently completed.

10/07/2025

Main water line valve replacement and replaced old copper lines with new pex. These copper lines were constantly getting pinhole leaks and have been patched in multiple spots with shark bites. We replaced with all new PEXA and stainless steel clamps.
