These large boulders from Dresser, Wisconsin are just the beginning of this homes transformation. Great for retaining, they will be the foundation for this relaxed Japanese inspired garden giving the illusion of a rocky cliff. They also make for pretty great benches 🙂

Got to demo this articulating loader today! The turf tires allow us to carry massive trap boulders and stone pallets through yards without destroying the existing lawn. It was a big help as we still have lots to complete this year before the snow flies!

We recently finished up a fun Japanese inspired landscape just south of Lake Calhoun. Soon after our clients received this nice card from a stranger and passed it along to us.

"Thank you for the lovely landscaping on the corner of your new home.

I drive or walk by that spot at least twice every day and have long despaired at it's bleakness.
