⚡ IMPORTANT AFTER STORM DAMAGE – READ THIS ⚡

If your home (or neighborhood) lost power due to storm damage, here’s something many homeowners don’t realize:

Eversource will NOT re-energize your service or restore power to your home if your meter can or exterior service wires are damaged or pulled away from the house.

Before power can be restored:
✔ Your meter socket must be securely reattached
✔ Service mast / conduit must be properly secured
✔ Exterior wires must be safely mounted
✔ All equipment must meet current safety code

If these items are loose, ripped off, or damaged, a licensed electrician must repair them before the utility can reconnect you.

We are responding quickly to storm-related service repairs and can help get your home ready for reconnection as soon as possible.
