These decks in Wellfleet had seen better days.

We’re pulling the old surfaces off, leveling and protecting the frame, and rebuilding from there. Picture frame borders and stainless cable railings going on next.

A pool house in Sandwich, built from the ground up.

James Hardie fiber cement siding, CertainTeed Landmark roofing, and PVC trim. Fourteen new windows and four solid doors. Sealed up tight against Cape weather.

A full exterior in Mashpee. James Hardie shake on the whole house, PVC trim, and a custom porch out front.

The Hardie’s the part folks ask about. It doesn’t rot, it’s fire resistant, and it handles Cape weather about as well as anything you can put on a house.

We’re a certified James Hardie installer, so we know how it needs to go on.

The porch is what changes the whole look from the street though.

Watch this one come together.

It started with the whole exterior stripped back to house wrap. New siding went on, and we framed out a covered entry with exposed timber work and columns across the front. New steps to finish it off.

Same house, same footprint. Just built like it should have been the first time.
