The crew behind every PLJ job.

Yesterday we shut everything down for a few hours and got everyone together. Foremen, framers, sales, office, the whole team.

A lot of these guys have been on the road since 7am for months straight. Built decks in the rain. Climbed roofs in the heat. Cleaned up sites at 7pm so homeowners didn’t have to deal with the mess.

So we cooked them dinner.
