Choosing the right door is an important decision, and we understand that some customers want to take their time. But the longer the process takes, the later you get to enjoy your new door!

➡ Standard delivery time is 5–7 days (up to 10 in rare cases).
➡ But what can cause delays?
1️⃣ Taking too long to decide. Some customers come back after a month, meaning their door arrives much later than expected.
2️⃣ Installation scheduling. Our installers are often booked weeks in advance, so waiting times can increase.
3️⃣ Incorrect measurements. When customers measure the opening themselves, mistakes happen. If the size is wrong, the door needs to be modified, adding more time to the process.

Our showroom is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and on Saturdays from 9 AM to 3 PM. We’re always happy to help you find the perfect door! However, to ensure the best service, we highly recommend scheduling an appointment before your visit.

Why? Because we want to give every customer the attention they deserve! Sometimes, multiple visitors arrive at the same time, and since our team is small, we prioritize those with appointments. We’d hate for you to come in and leave without getting the assistance you need.

Installation & Measurement Services – What You Need to Know!

Installing a new door isn’t just about swapping one for another. Sometimes, extra work is needed—reinforcing the walls, adjusting the opening, or using additional materials. That’s why installation costs may vary depending on the project.

✅ Where do we install?
We provide professional installation services in New Jersey, Philadelphia, and Pennsylvania.

✅ Need measurements?
We offer free measurements if you proceed with our installation. Otherwise, a measurement service costs $75 (which we later deduct from the installation price if you choose us).

Why do we charge for measurements in some cases? A while ago, we traveled quite a distance for a measurement, but the customer didn’t move forward with the project. To keep our services fair, we only charge if the location is 40+ minutes away from our office.

I coordinate with our installers, schedule deliveries, and ensure each order is handled with care.

What I love about this job is its dynamic nature—one moment I’m assisting a customer online, the next I’m working on logistics or installation planning.
