Just under a week until Opening Day! Once again, we’re proud to be a sponsor of The Hampton Classic Horseshow! 1990-2026, with a few years off.
Chris started out as a volunteer bartender for the Tuesday night exhibitor party. In 1996 he joined the “staff” as the plumber. Over the years he worked with the Suffolk County Board of Health to create 3 unique Feild kitchens that can be set up in a couple of days and torn down in hours. (That came in handy when Hurricane Irene hit the grounds) In 2015 C. Gaynor Construction Services became a sponsor, still installing the kitchen setups. We now have a full on commercial kitchen with hot water on demand!
A lot has changed! And yet, stayed the same.
