You have a ‘CEO’ aesthetic but your molding storage has other plans! Really need to start building some kind of shelves in order to hold these together. I need to organize this.

I’ll be the first to say it—the “pretty” part of a remodel is fun, but the real magic happens in the messy parts you don’t see! 🏗️✨
You just can’t build a dream floor on a shaky base! If that subfloor isn’t perfectly level and solid, your beautiful hardwood is eventually going to fail, and we just can’t have that for our families. 🙅‍♀️🛑
We found thin particle board (that press board stuff) underneath, which just wasn’t going to cut it. It’s way too thin and leads to those “wavy” floors that nobody wants.
So, we’re doing the extra work: ripping it all up and putting in brand-new, sturdy plywood. 🛠️💪 It’s a lot more sweat and effort, but it’s the only way to make sure the floor stays flat, quiet, and perfect for years to come.
