I debated for a while on whether or not i was going to make a post about one of the worst cases of contractor con artist that I've ever come across. Ive been doing this a long time and seen it all,however this is the worst I've ever seen in one house by one contractor. These pictures are not all that we found, just the ones im sharing. This homeowner was lucky this house didn't burn down. Sadly this house was a flip by a realtor from Fayetteville using a contractor who is a felon out of Fayetteville and a sweet old lady was tricked into purchasing this house. We made it right ,however this type of work is what gives all of us in the industry a bad name.
