Job Summary:
The Business Development Representative will focus on building and managing relationships with key industry partners, including plumbers, insurance agents, property managers, and other related professionals. In addition to fostering partnerships, this role will involve creating engaging social media content to promote our services and strengthen our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
•Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with plumbers, insurance agents, property managers, and other industry professionals who commonly engage with home and business owners who are in need of our services.
•Build and maintain a strong referral network to drive new business opportunities for restoration services.
•Attend networking events, industry trade shows, and meetings to promote the company’s services.
•Collaborate directly with general manager to track business development progress.
•Create content for various social media platforms
•Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management is a plus.
•Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
•Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
•Social media content creation.
•Self-motivated, takes initiative, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
•Creative ability to develop unique methods of engaging and attracting new business referral partners
