The Granada Lot Draw is next week! For anybody interested in the new Granada subdivision in Westlake we will be picking lots next Tuesday. I want to let all of our Facebook friends know about some exciting news. There is a new subdivision coming to Westlake called Granada. It is located just northeast of Vaquero. It will be a custom home, gated community with 84 lots. We have contracted to buy 20 of those and are currently taking lot deposits for those who are interested. The beauty of this neighborhood is that it is located in the Town of Westlake, which has a lower tax rate than Southlake, but you have the option of sending your kids to Carroll ISD schools, or Westlake Academy. The development is slated to have lots ready to build on by the end of this summer. We are taking reservations on a first come first serve basis and already have people signed up. We will be holding a informational meeting about Granada on February 18 so let me know if you are interested in attending.
