When we say “Architect-Led Design-Build” this is what we mean… the architect, Marc Frame, AIA, is physically present to answer all questions that arise during the stages of framing to ensure every board, truss and joist is exactly where it’s meant to be. This is a level of service that no other company offers. We know not every project needs this level of attention but this is what our projects require in order for the details in the end to come together.

Construction has officially started on this casita in Southlake. We are excited to see these renderings come to life. Hiring an architect really does make a huge difference when it comes to details.

Solving problems is the job of the architect. Creating beautiful spaces that look like they are original to the home is also the job of the architect.

In this case, an aging parent needs to have a space that she can call her own. An area large enough where it feels separate from the family but close enough to reach out of she needs anything. Marc Frame, AIA, showcases his incredible talent once again. Check out this little cedar wrapped addition on the right side of the property where this mom/grand mom can feel right at home.
