We were referred by one of our custom home builder partners to help with a roof replacement. 📞 Our client was having a very large addition to their beautiful property. 🏠 The main home roof had storm damage and needed to be replaced. ⛈️ We were able to coordinate a new construction dry in the with custom home builder and get the roof replaced. 💪🏻 This 11,000 sq foot roof with last a long time with Impact Class 4 shingles and a system install warranty. 🤩 Next up custom seamless 6” gutters and leaf guards. ✔️

Sometimes in construction you come across unique situations where you need professional expertise to create a solution. 💪🏻 This project had a pergola that was mounted to the main structure and the weight of the pergola had caused ongoing leaks and sagging. 😳 We were able to get it lifted, replace the roof, and reinforce the structure with braces to add longevity. 👊🏼

Our client was connected with us through a realtor partner of ours. 📞 They were under contract and needed a new roof stat! ⏩ They had been denied by their insurance carrier and were planning to pay cash. 😳 We did a thorough investigation into the insurance denial and saw that there was funny stuff going on. 🧐 We got the denial overturned and a full roof replacement was approved! 💪🏻 We specialize in the denials and will fight for our clients. 👊🏼

Just finished this fresh install in Argyle. 🤩
Our client went with a color change to Atlas Pinnacle Black with our signature select systems warranty install. 💪🏼 We removed the two layers of felt found under the shingles and added a new layer of synthetic underpayment along with ice and water shield in the valleys. 👊🏼

This repeat client had us replace their roof. 🙌🏼 They had added on a pergola that was leaking. 🙊 We added modified bitumen and properly flashed the add on for peace of mind. 💪🏼
