Living spaces should be designed with living in mind.

We build handcrafted turn-key homes in an elegant, modern style and focus on the little details that make your everyday life more comfortable.

We’re honored to share that one of latest homes, The Arlington, has received a Diamond Award in the 2026 Brunswick County Parade of Homes.

The award feels great, of course. But we love the meaningful opportunity to celebrate the thought, collaboration and craftsmanship behind the finished home.

We’re grateful for the talented people who helped bring this build to life and to the Brunswick County Home Builders Association for the recognition.

There’s something really beautiful about this stage of a home. The geometry, the repetition, the precision. And most of all, the potential.

Before the finishes, furnishing and all the details that make a house feel like home, there’s a framework of thoughtful decisions already taking shape.

Good design isn’t a finished product. It’s the intention behind it.

The one thing we don’t build? Boring.

We think a home deserves a little main character energy. Interesting windows, unexpected details, a laundry room with a reasonable amount of charm.

But the best homes know when to take a supporting role, too.

They’re the backdrop for dinner parties that run late, mornings with a good view and all the ordinary moments that eventually become the story.

We think a custom home should have character, but it should feel like yours.

Six details that make a new build feel anything but ordinary. What’s your favorite?

The one thing we don’t build? Boring.

We believe a home should have character. Interesting windows and architectural details, beautiful spaces for the not-so-glamorous parts of life, and materials with personality.

Save these details for your future build.

Sculleries are making a major comeback. This dedicated prep space serves as an extension of the primary kitchen, housing extra appliances, offering additional counter space and allowing the primary kitchen to remain calm and clutter free.

It’s also a perfect place to inject a little personality into your design. Bold wallpaper, moody color and playful tile are all welcome in this small space.

This nearly complete home in St. James Plantation was designed for the way life moves on the coast. Late afternoons in the sunroom, a dedicated office when work calls, a bonus room that can adapt, and plenty of room for the people you hope will come visit.

At 2,804 square feet, this home includes 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, an office, sunroom and bonus room - all wrapped in a warm, timeless take on coastal design.

Nearly finished and very easy to imagine living in.

At its best, coastal design is simply about taking cues from what’s outside the window and bringing them in.

North Carolina’s southern coast really delivers. The soft blue of the water. Weathered greens. Sandy neutrals. Warm, sun-washed tones.

Color is one of the easiest places to start. And when you pull from the landscape around you, it has a way of feeling timeless rather than themed.

Here’s a few coastal colors we’ll never get tired of. Save this one for your next project.
