🇺🇸 Ready to celebrate America's birthday in the most patriotic small town in North Carolina? 🇺🇸

Join us as we kick off nine days of patriotic celebrations, family fun, live entertainment, history, and tradition for the official NC 4th of July Festival. The festivities begin Friday, June 26, with the 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 at the Southport Community Building, followed by the 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 at 5:30 PM on the Fort Johnston Garrison Lawn. The ceremony includes a reenactment of the first Fourth of July celebration held in Southport in 1795 and sets the stage for an incredible week of events.

From the Firefighters Freedom Competition and Patriot’s Ball to the World’s Largest Ice Cream Sundae, parade, waterfront concerts, and spectacular July 4th fireworks, there’s something for everyone!
