It was a last minute (Saturday afternoon, flew sunday) trip to OH, but worth every second. I want to thank Danny Estepp and his family for having me during my time in town...His wife makes awesome beef stew btw and chunky chili. We closed on a flip and brrrr deal. Got a lot of details sorted out, and materials ordered yesterday until midnight for black friday and cyber monday deals. Today we met with Alex Lubrecht for lunch and walked the brrrr, then we even crammed in some driving for dollars before Danny dropped me off at the airport. Just wanted to thank everyone! It was a quick 48hr trip. Until next time!
