Just out verifying if some heat tape was working properly. December is not the ideal time to do this. Let us set up a preventative maintenance plan for your heat tape before snow flies.

Great example of how a good electrical preventative maintenance plan can save you money and downtime.
This is a 3 pole 60a 480v breaker that’s lost price is $3,250 to replace 😵.
First pic you can see the pitting and arcing that has been occurring on the line side of this breaker.
Second and third pic are of the breaker and bussing after we tore everything down and repaired the surfaces.

This was caused by a loose connection on the line side of the “A” phase connection.

Don’t let this happen to your facility. Let PRC Electric help you establish an electrical preventative maintenance program today.
