🏢 THEN & NOW: HOME BASE

In 1983, we operated out of a small Roseville office with a team of four. Today, our corporate office supports 14 branches across California and Nevada. A lot has changed over the past 45 years, but Roseville is still home.

In 1986 we launched a commercial division and named it Advanced Integrated Pest Management. Our first major commercial customer was Hewlett-Packard.

👔 2019: The next generation takes the wheel.

After 47 years in the industry, founder Bruce Romani retired, and his son Brian stepped up as President/CEO, with Deborah Romani promoted to Executive Vice President. Two generations, three Romanis, one family business.

And here's the part we love: Brian didn't start in the corner office. He joined back in 2002 and learned the business the same way everyone here does, one service call at a time.

Family owned since 1981. Family run to this day.
